Paul Sfirlea started working in the Hospitality Industry 12 years ago, developing his skills and entering cocktail competitions. He represented Romania in the Ultimate  Monin Cup Paris 2014, World Class 2015 South Africa, World Cocktail Championships 2015 in Bulgaria & the World Cocktail Championships 2016 in Japan. Since 2016 he’s consulted to Diageo in the staff training program Diageo Bar Academy and is their Head Trainer for Eastern Europe ! He also has a Hospitality Consulting Company and a steampunk themed bar in Cluj Napoca, Transilvania.
