Dario Schiavoni

With 10 years of experience in Food and Beverages management both within Restaurants and Hotels, Dario Schiavoni’s career spans between Rome, London, Algarve, Shenzhen, Beijing and Tokyo.
Relocating to Beijing in early 2017 for the opening of Bvlgari Hotel Beijing as director of restaurants during his time he show great leadership and drove the hotel F&B to the highest level after one year he grew as Assistant director of Food and Beverage managing all the outlets of the hotel.
Since 2020 he successfully runs the hotel bars as Bar Director at Bulgari Resort Dubai also curates the Bvlgari Symposia Mixology initiative hosting the two-night events in all the Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts.
