Sustainability is not about skipping ingredients or trying to cut costs. Sustainability is the way that makes us think out of the box and try to take as much as we can from every ingredient even if we are cooking at home. We have to see how we can preserve and give more lifetime to our ingredients.
Using simple techniques, we can make our life easier and much better.
